6. Pricing & Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice and may vary based on quantity, contract terms, availability, and market conditions. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or other applicable fees, which will be added where appropriate. Payment terms are as set out in your quote, invoice, or applicable customer agreement. You are responsible for all applicable taxes unless you provide a valid exemption certificate.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timeframes and lead times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, manufacturers, supply-chain disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
8. Returns & Cancellations
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are handled in accordance with our return policy and any terms stated on your quote or invoice. Certain items—including special-order, custom, hazardous, or personal-use products—may be non-returnable. Please contact our team before returning any product so we can provide instructions and any required authorization.
9. Product Information, PPE Selection & Compliance
We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, images, and availability accurate, but we do not warrant that such information is complete, current, or error-free. Product images are for illustration and may differ from the item supplied. Any guidance we provide regarding PPE selection, standards, or suitability is offered for convenience only and does not replace your own hazard assessment or your obligations under applicable laws and regulations (including OSHA, ANSI, and other standards). You are solely responsible for determining that products are appropriate and compliant for your intended use, environment, and workforce, and for training personnel on proper use.
10. Manufacturer Warranties
Products may be covered by manufacturer warranties. To the extent permitted, we will pass through any applicable manufacturer warranty to you.
