Issue Your PO
Email your purchase order to orders@industrialsafety.com. Fax and mail are also accepted.
We Confirm & Process
Our team reviews your PO, confirms pricing and stock, and sends an order acknowledgment.
We Ship & Invoice
Your order ships nationwide and we invoice on NET 30 terms per your remittance instructions.
What to Include on Your PO
Including these details lets us process your order without a follow-up and prevents shipping or billing errors.
- Purchase order number
- Bill-to name and address
- Ship-to name and address
- Ordering contact: name, email, and phone
- Line items with our part numbers and quantities
- Quoted pricing (attach or reference the quote)
- Tax-exempt certificate, if applicable
- Required delivery date and any special instructions
Tax-Exempt Orders
If your organization is tax-exempt, create an account and upload your exemption certificate from your account management page. Once your certificate is on file, eligible orders are processed without sales tax. You can also attach the certificate to your purchase order and our team will apply it to your account.
