Morse Model 185A-HD heavy-duty below-hook drum carrier allows you to lift, move and pour a drum weighing up to 1500 Lb., or a half-full* drum up to 800 Lb. Model 185A-HD heavy-duty below-hook drum carrier is equipped with the MORcinch Drum Holder to handle a 55-gallon steel drum with 22" to 23.5" outside diameter between the ribs. It also accepts MORcinch Options to handle virtually any drum on the market.

To load the drum lifter, simply move the drum holder against the drum and cinch the chain. The standard drum tilt control is a chain wheel with 12' chain loop. Lift the drum and rotate drum 360 degrees in either direction. Drum can be held at any tilt angle.

The slots in the bottom of the frame can be used as a chain lock to prevent the drum from tilting. To do so, crisscross the chain and insert one side into each slot. If the drum handler is equipped with the MORStop Tilt-Brake Option, braking is immediate and automatic.
